Traditional cuisine: Jose Mari Eizagirre takes about forty years between cookers. The cookery that he presents us is traditional, made with seasonal products of premium quality. Jose Mari makes use of vegetables from nearby vegetable gardens, as well as fish, which reaches very fresh from the port of Hondarribia and the meat of the country, of excellent quality.

Meats: Our speciality is the beef chop on the grill, as well as tenderloin, the rib of veal or game meat.
